I’ve been on a two week hiatus thanks to having my sister in town. It was a good thing in every single way, with the exception of the fact that I’ve been 100% off of the workout wagon the entire time.

Interestingly enough, as of this morning, I broke my first “weight goal” by cracking 140 on the scale. When I stripped down and stepped on Kim Kardashian (the name of my scale, clearly), 139.5 popped up on the little LCD screen.

139.5. I haven’t weighed under 140 in 10 months.

Right now I’m almost 10 full pounds lighter than I was in January.
And right now I’ve officially lost 6 pounds since I started blogging 1 month ago.

I know that weight ain’t nothing but a number, but damn. It feels pretty good.
